PRODUCT PERFORMANCE

Three size formations of stations have been developed technically modular and dependent upon functions to carry out. Size and technical performance are based on 5 decades of developmental work:

  • LCS-E with capacity up to 630 kVA

  • NDV400/401 with capacity up to 800 kVA

  • NDV 1600/2500 up to 1600 kVA/2500 kVA

Station types

Compact Station LCS-E:

smallest dimensions up to 630 kVA, SF6-Ring-Main-Unit

  • LV: 910A-LV-backup bar as main switch

  • 8 LV-fuse-switch-outgoings 400/630A as backup bar

  • also customer design possible with meter box size 1

Compact-Station NDV400 and NDV401:

smallest dimensions up to 800 kVA , SF6-Ring-Main-Unit

  • MV1 = RMU 12/24kV(C,C,T or C,C,C,T or C,C,CB)

  • MV2 = MV-Measurement 12/24kV (3x U/ 3x I - converter)

  • LV: LV-fuse switch-disconnector 1600A as main switch

  • Up to 13 LV-fuse-switch-outgoings 400/630A as backup bar

  • also customer design possible with meter box size 3

Compact-Station NDV1600 und NDV2500:

smallest dimensions up to 1600 kVA / 2500kVA (690V)

  • MV1 = SF6-RMU 12/24kV (C,C,T or C,C,CB)

  • MV2 = MV-Measurement 12/24 kV (3x U-/3x I-converter)

  • MV3 = HV-fused-outgoings for 2 transformers

  • LV : automatic protective power switch 2500A as main switch

  • Up to 14 LV-fuse-switch-outgoings 400/630A as backup bar

  • The arrangement of switch rooms also possible at the side wall for:

    • Meter boxes

    • Reactive power compensation

    • Control
