Reasons which can cause such delays must be examined and prevented, so that we can be assured that this error can not happen again. The measures which have been taken have to be documented and the SGB / SMIT department has to be informed. In special cases, everything has to be done to reduce the common delivery times to meet our customers’ wishes.

In the case that SGB / SMIT will be offered more favourable prices by competitors concerning important and strong selling products, previous suppliers will have the possibility to check their own prices.
